I booked this hotel for 3 days to celebrate my birthday with a friend. Initially, everything was fine — until another friend wanted to join, and the hotel strictly denied it, saying they don’t allow a third person. Fair enough, I respected the policy.
However, the next day, the friend I came with left the city, and I requested to update the second person in the booking. Shockingly, the staff said no modifications were allowed once the booking was made. I’ve stayed at many hotels before and have never come across such an inflexible policy — it felt very unhelpful and unnecessarily rigid.
Also, there was no daily cleaning unless I specifically called and requested it.

It was the matter for 3 hours early check in!! And even I asked him why he didn't inform me of this while checking in? Nor it was displayed anywhere. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at Novel Hotel. One of the staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional during my stay. Instead of being helpful, he spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel very unwelcome. When I asked a simple question about the services, he responded with clear irritation, as if I was bothering him. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where guests expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
