Hotel The Conclave — Hotel in Hyderabad

The overall stay is good with respect to the room charge which is economical.

Room Size: I have booked 2 room for 3 person each. While confirming the booking, the app suggested to upgrade the rooms to deluxe rooms by paying Rs 700 (Approx) extra to which I agreed. In one room two adults and a kid, for which accommodation was comfortable. But for the other room, it was little congested (but manageable and ok as per the price) for 3 adults. Actually an extra mattress (maybe 10-12 inch) was placed in the floor adjacent to the double bed to accommodate the third person.

Cleanliness: Room and washroom was decently clean. The cleanliness of the bed sheets were ok-ok types. The window curtain was not clean and in-fact we got it removed.

Lift: Lift was under maintenance, so couldn't use it for first day. From second day it was available and we could use it.

Parking: Parking was outside and not covered. spacing was ok. But if more guests are present then parking spots close to the hotel may not be available. However, the biggest drawback was that since the parking was not covered and we had luggage packed on the car roof, So we had to wait till the heavy ongoing rain stopped. Same happened while loading the luggage back. Even for the visitors, the hotel staff helped to get inside the hotel with umbrella support.

Food: Outside food is not allowed as per the hotel policy, which was not known upfront while booking. They have in-house restaurant and food can be ordered from there. The kitchen staff were friendly and you can place food request from room by dialing 444 and it will be served to your room or you can visit the dining area near reception.

Staff: Staffs were friendly. Mostly Oriya people who are generally nice by nature and well mannered.

Nearby Shops: You can get decent size super markets and other grocery shops, bakery, medicine, car garage etc nearby the main entrance. However, the main entrance is 600 to 700 meter away and walking in the rain to the main entrance may be little uncomfortable at night specially as the road inside will be little dark.

Hope this helps people who are looking for a decent stay in Q-city. Would suggest this for a budget...

This hotel is only good for the budget travellers, don't expect any luxury into this premises. I have stayed here in Oct for 4 days.

Pros. Okay type clean & decent size Rooms Pocket friendly hotel in Gachiwoli Food quantity for order are good. Ex - Any type one dish like Dal, Gravy item is good enough for 3/4 people. Ready to help behaviour for the hotel staff They allow Zomato Swiggy delivery in hotel premises

Cons. It's in end of the Gachiwali & Hyderabad city and in a odd position, even for main road you need to walk for 5 mnts. Also accessing Ola Uber fare is flat 300 and above at any location from this place, so plz check your daily usage place fare before booking the hotel. Breakfast is horrible, every day only two South Indian options are there wherein Idly & Uttapam or Poha. Even if you questioned on this, then management will argue with you Restaurant menu are very rare & limited, they used to run by 20% of the menu mentioned in the menu card. Manager discourage to take Card Payment, only he asked for gpay or cash Switchboard of the rooms are not in working condition Restaurant & Reception areas maintained by Stand Fan, I have never seen to switch on AC in last 4 days.

However again I would like to inform this is a basic type residential apartment, don't expect facilities which we used to get in hotel. Only budget & pocket...

Hotel rooms etc are very nice very quite and ample parking space. Ola uber etc are also easily available. Very accessible road. But outside main road near godladoddi is very chaotic. There are no restaurants for breakfast outside on main road. You will have to eat idli sambar on the roadside. There is karachi bakery though outside but no full fledged breakfast hotel.
