Art Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Hyderabad

This is a newly constucted property located inside the Jayabheri 4 seasons gated community. But don't get very delighted about all these because not even 20% of the space inside the community is occupied. I could only see 6 buildings that were occupied. But thankfully, this hotel is the 2 nd building when you enter, beyond art boutique, there is an OYO Conclave too, but no lights in the evenings, up-to art boutique it is well illuminated beyond that pitch dark. Okay, coming to the room, it is small room, but fine for single occupancy, double or family should go for a different kind of room. Good spring bed, Clean linens, Bathroom is fitted with geyser, good hot water bath is no problem any time of the day. Friendly staff, no issues with that. Room access is only via card, no latches inside, have to depend on the card and sleep. Coming to the surroundings, food always has to be ordered and few restaurants only deliver here. In house restaurant is an Arabic one hence Vegetarians and daily eating that food may have a problem for purse and stomach. Complimentary breakfast is provided....not much of choice, I strongly advise you not to eat as they buy from a very cheap hotel, I managed to see where they buy their food. food is somewhere between bad and okay. The food is brought to hotel without even closing the lid of few containers....on the road on a 2 wheeler....imagine....leaving the food part, this place is very very close to financial district, if you have work there, go for this place. Coffee maker is provided, no mini-bar and the best part is very big TV in the room, unlike most of the hotels, the TV would be slightly bigger than our laptop screens, this one is really big and thankfully all the English channels are shown. Bathroom accessories all are good. Kindly have a facility to order tea from room which is freshly made with milk and tea powder and not using a tea bag. Small and very small eateries are nearby, but hygiene factor and cleanliness needs to be assured to consume, the last thing you would want is to get sick when you travel alone......Location is a big plus and food is a big minus, rest...

Very bad experience, the receptionist doesn’t have any manners and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Booked hotel for 2 days stay and actual check-in was at 01:00 PM where I reached at 9 AM & since my booking was a corporate booking and has requested for an early check in where initially he said if I reached around 11 AM then he can give and when I said I’ll wait he has informed but now not possible and have to pay per hour basis extra charge 800₹ till 1 PM. While as a customer I tried politely asking him for any exception and the receptionist directly said “you can cancel the booking if you want”. This statement was quite striking for me as I never expect anyone treating me with such a disrespect where I have been speaking very politely and was seeking help from the hotel in finding a best solution which both parties can agree. The other observations are the images shows very clean and hygienic hotel where the lobby area itself is completely dusty and poorly managed. The entrance and the lobby area very different from showing in the images. Regretting the decision of choosing this hotel and as part of my work, every month 3 to 5 days of Hyderabad visit is something which I do and never going to choose this hotel again as well as informed the corporate team to never book this hotel for any one else in the...

Terrible Experience !

Dont get fooled by photos, hotel is nothing like photos, all pictures are fake. It has been marked as 3 star but its not even 1 star. Foul smell in rooms and all over hotel. Rooms are extremely small and they take booking for even 3 persons in single room, which are not fit even for 2 persons. Checked- out in 1 hour as this hotel gave me migraine headache due to the smell all over the place and extremely bad rooms. Hotel management was not letting us checkout and makemytrip support was helpful for nothing. When you need to relax after a hectic travel both mmt support and hotel staff were causing issues with irrelevant communication. When we asked at first place about another room, they said nothing else is available and after complaining at makemytrip they showed us a room which was a bit bigger (suddenly became available or what) . There was cockroach in that room and the floor had cracks. Breakfast area looked horrible, dust all around and no hygiene We are struggling to get our money back as we did not stay and the hotel staff is just wasting time with so lame...
