While checking in, the person at the reception asked for our IDs. I gave my and my husband's driving license. Then, I was asked to provide a ID which would have my husband's name added instead of my father's. He also mentioned that our names are different.(surnames) and he had to submit our IDs to police station . When I asked him to explain a bit more, he said it's the management policy that only married people can stay in their hotel. I was standing at reception with my 9year old kid, and yet he persisted on seeing some proof of my marriage.

When I asked him what happens to couples who ain't married, he said they don't allow "such" people.

A very bad experience at crown palace.. we went for lunch and handover the car keys to valet parking and from parking only someone had picked 2 Ray Ban sunglasses and cash from car.. itz a very shameful incident which i had experience from crown palace. I will suggest not to handover keys of your car to any one like this... One more thing disappointing that they are not even accepting there fault. Even the tone of the manager was not at all good while talking.. She was blaming me and shouting on me to talk properly.. can anyone tell me who had lost her last used father glasses because of there valet parking people, how can anyone be not angry? and i will suggest all of you that not to go there any more... Bcz there is no security and safety of things which we left in car..
