FabHotel Santoor — Hotel in Indore City

CANT EVEN GIVE A STAR TO THIS PLACE.

Review for Santoor: 1. We could not find this place easily as they do not have your Fabhotel board. They were really warm and helpful at the reception during the welcome. Enter the room and HORRIBLE. I do need to list down all the things - bedsheet has red spots, blanket has yellow spots. We asked them to change the linen, the new blanket still is in a messy condition with spots and zip broken. Regulator of the fan is broken due to which the speed can’t be managed. Toilet is not clean, the jet spray is pasted by a cello tape, really? No toilet paper roll. No mineral water kept in the room and on requesting, he charged us for the same. Mosquitoes in the room, but no repellent coil. Last slide of the window of the washroom is open- hello outsiders and have a look at us! And yes, I DO HAVE PROOF IMAGES FOR ALL OF THESE! They did ask us to change the room, but well that was equally messy

And the Fabhotel website, well that is more FAKE! what images do you have of Santoor on your portal? That is not even close to what a mess the room is.

My recent stay at FabHotel Santoor was extremely disappointing. Despite the promising ratings, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the issues I encountered:

Cleanliness: The rooms were not clean upon arrival. There were visible signs of neglect, and the towels provided were dirty.

Odor Issues: All three rooms I booked had a persistent unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable.

Noise Disturbance: Throughout the afternoon, there was disruptive drilling noise, which significantly affected any chance of relaxation or rest.

Misleading Ratings: It's evident now that the high ratings on various booking platforms are misleading. The hotel seems to have a strong marketing team that manipulates these ratings, giving a false impression of their actual service quality.

Overall, my three-day stay at FabHotel was a regrettable experience. I would strongly advise against booking based solely on online ratings without thorough research. The reality fell short of the expectations set by these ratings, and I left feeling extremely...

A nice clean hotel, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and staff were helpful.I had to leave early in the morning and needed hot water at 5 AM,they provided me,mind it they had wood fired boiler and it takes some time to get going,they must have gone at 4 AM to make water hot,a nice gesture. I had made reservation seven months in advance and 4 days prior to arrival,I sent an email to FabHotels and they reconfirmed the reservation.I was packing my luggage on departure day,I get a telephone from a gentleman stating that there was some problem with my reservation,I phoned one good lady and she replied that as reconstruction was going on so it was not feasible for me to stay there.I did not believe and told them that this action of theirs was most unethical,they relented and my reservation was maintained.I reached hotel and there was no reconstruction or any other activity to stress a guest.I would request FabHotels higher ups to please be ethical in your dealings.I would again stress that...
