Mrs. Arti Sanghi (owner) needs to learn how to respect your customers. The shouted at me at the lady pitch of her voice meanwhile having a conversation with a guest I invited to speak low. Rude, impolite and insulting in front of a guest I invited. I have been visiting the place since 2018 and returned from Italy and hopped the first place and got this. Do you think you are setting up a good example in society? All I was doing was being a little bit loud maybe but don't you think you could have been a bit polite towards your speech while mentioning? First off the staff service is worst. If I could rate in negative I would have given negative 100. I asked for water, after reminding them thrice, i was served water(mind you I was the only customer present there). After that nobody was present there to take my order, I had to wait 15 mins just to place an order, a cafe where not a single patron was present apart from me. Secondly the coffee was worst, I had ordered an Iced coffee it was watered down it felt i was drinking just water mixed with ice cubes. THE WORST COFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE. Thirdly the avocado toast i ordered was not toasted at all, the bread was all soggy and thinner than a chapati. The order which was taken after 15 min. of the customers arival was delivered after 20 mins. of the order taken. They took 35 mins. to deliver 1 order where NOT A SINGLE PATRON WAS THERE APART FROM ME.
