OYO Hotel Lake View — Hotel in Indore City

One or the worst places to stay at, booked my stay via goibibo and reached the hotel a littlr early where i had to wake up the staff at 9 am and mr ravi told me that i will have to come back later as checkin time is 11. I asked for early checkin and even offered to pay extra charges. Even tho there were rooms available he didn’t provide me with one. After that when i came in at checkin time, there was someone else at the counter and while talking to him i found out that i could gotten an early checkin by pay extra which i was actually ready to do. Third class service, I booked a room through OYO, the prices showed 850/- at the time of booking, but when I reached the hotel for checkin, they said "इतने में नहीं देंगे, 1200/- लगेगा", They event don't have manners to talk, were talking with gutkha in their mouth......

One of the worst hotel I have come across. Even if you do a pre-booking in far advance they end up giving the rooms to other people. The boy at the reception is equally irresponsible and arrogant. The hotel looks shabby and the staffs looks...
