Thank you for your response to our review. We would like to clarify that our negative review was not solely based on the fact that we were charged for the mock tails. It was the overall experience that left a lot to be desired. We had to ask the staff to clean the left over under the table. The place was really stinking and had to ask your staff to put fresheners. We ordered chicken soup which were served veg and when we pointed out that the mock tails were too sour, we were served the same drinks again.

As paying customers, we expected a better experience, and when we didn't receive it, we decided to leave an honest review. Think twice before coming worst experience Staff are short and untrained don’t know about the dishes we ordered soup .. which first came like running water viscosity … than it came with our food ordered that to without bread crumbs.. ordered hakka noodles as they are not trained staff they came with there own recipe… bread came all in chilled form .. papad came in interval and at the end … you have to ask for glasses after taking starter bowl for daal … Seriously not recommended place .. worst experience.. should close the store if can’t handel properly.. don’t destroy your fantasy brand name...

I recently visited Charcoal Project and had a disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the owner. I had requested to allow some food from their different section, and instead of accommodating or explaining their policy, the owner responded rudely.

The lack of customer service and empathy was surprising. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from visiting the restaurant again.
