Located in Sch 140 , there are not clear sign boards to see the palce ! You have to get here by using Maps only . That is the best and easiest way .
Parking is not dedicated , there is an empty plot beside the location , but we did not see any guard or boundary . Mix parking is present for two and four wheelers .
Well the dining section on ground floor is quite small , which is indoor . Almost 6-7 tables are installed .
One good thing is the staff have colour coded uniforms so that customer know who to call .
The building and interior and everything that could have been made better is done by the management, but When it comes to staff a lot is missing .
The staff will see your female friends more than often while crossing your table . They do not have ample knowledge on what are frequently ordered dishes from the customer! They will wait for you to call them !!
Basic manners , etiquette, and hospitality are missing from the staff .
We had our meal , and till the last water was neither asked or served to us .
WHO DOES NOT ASK FOR WATER !!! The staff at reception is quite polite and intelligent though .
Management should definitely look into the training of their staff , and strict eye should be kept on their behaviour, we have seen polite and well mannered staff at places which are not as famous and beautifully made as this .
Also a feedback form should be served , but first they should work on serving water !!!

You'll find plenty of staff roaming around but they either aren't trained to attend to customers in any odd situation or they're not interested. The taste of food is obviously pathetic. It's not just me. I observe the people around me having food and do not find anything good in the taste so they start using phones while eating. This shows that food isn't amazing and that they could hold the phone back. Rest lighting is what you can find yourself in this restaurant, nothing extraordinary. They seriously need good management for giving customers satisfactory service & differentiating factors in food to hold the customer intact. The problem with such a giant is they don't take customers very seriously. In the restaurant, Food is so attractive and rewarding that the customers can come once but if they don't find the restaurant good enough to make them feel unique, special, and memorable then they won't be back even if provided FREE food. Presentation of the dish was good. I didn't like the taste.
Chocolate used was not good, they were becoming like thin wires, maybe they heated the pan too much.
Brownie was placed directly on the hot pan, normally brownie is placed on something like some fruit to avoid brownie being burnt.
If we talk about the taste of brownie individually, then it was good.
Regarding service, they took a lot of time to get this order delivered to our table.
