Treebo Shivani — Hotel in Indore City

Good experience from the start. Hotel is located in middle of all important tourist attractions, market and residential area. Proximity to residential area helped as we had to seek urgent medical assistance which was available at walkable distance. Autos are available in front of the hotel as it is just opposite bus stand.

Rooms are clean, neatly arranged with classic theme. There is lot of furniture that helped us to keep things appropriately. Hot and cold water is available 24 x 7. Breakfast is complimentary. The staff is very polite and friendly.

I booked one deluxe room for one night from 11th October to 12th October 2023. I found the hotel to be a mediocre one. The receptionist has no warm behaviour and does not care for the guests. I wanted password for WiFi. One man in the reception said me that he will text me the password to my mobile. But he did not send. I don't know whether there is WiFi or not.

The menial staff are worthless. They always stretch their hands for money (tips) without providing any service. They are shameless and irritating persons.

The breakfast is very ordinary.

Decent hotel for the price point that it offers. The rooms are decently spacious and the staff is friendly. The ac in the room given to us wasn't working properly so upon complaint, they instantly changed our room and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The people at the reception are great as well and can come in handy for any information you need about the city or catch a rickshaw without bargaining with the rickshaw guy.
