Hotel Suraj — Hotel in Indore City

I recently stayed at Hotel Suraj and had a rather disappointing experience. Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed that the bedsheet was unclean and had noticeable stains. This was highly off-putting and made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Additionally, the room itself was quite small, much smaller than what was depicted in the photos online. It felt cramped and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax or move around freely.

To make matters worse, there was a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke in the room, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. This was particularly unpleasant and made my stay very uncomfortable.

When I approached the front desk to request a room change, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate my request. Their lack of concern for my comfort was extremely frustrating and left a bad impression.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Suraj was far from satisfactory due to the unclean bedsheet, small room size, smell of cigarette smoke, and the unwillingness of the staff to change my room. I would not recommend this...

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Suraj in Indore, located conveniently near Sarafa Bazar. The property is brand new, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations.

The staff were extremely supportive and courteous, making my stay truly comfortable. I had the opportunity to meet Pankaj Bhaiya, who was genuinely warm and polite.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Indore's vibrant markets and attractions.

I highly recommend Hotel Suraj to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Indore. Excellent value for money!
