While I appreciate the effort put into the food, I believe there’s room for improvement in the following areas to match the standards set by other renowned restaurants in Indore:

Quantity:

The portion sizes, especially for the dal and kadi, were insufficient. Other well-known restaurants in Indore provide noticeably larger quantities, which enhances customer satisfaction. Increasing the portion size would greatly improve the dining experience. Quality (Dal):

The dal lacked flavor and consistency. Adding tanginess (e.g., lemon or nimbu sat) and spices (e.g., garam masala) could elevate the taste. Additionally, the dal was too thin; a thicker, richer consistency would be preferable. Please ensure it is boiled well for better texture and taste. Bafla:

The bafla was well-prepared, and I have no comments here. Great job! Kadi:

The kadi was tasty; however, the quantity was also very limited. Increasing the portion size to match the offerings of other establishments would be appreciated. I don't know whether this is a restaurant or something else, but they are doing a very wrong thing, they have hired a company to just post the good reviews on that page and the people from this company will ask you to post a review for money, as soon as you post the review their demand will increase that sir you download telegram, join as soon as you join, their fraud has started They will send you a link on telegram and then they will tell you some number to save and as you save it money will start getting deducted from your account, so please I request everyone not to fall prey to this fraud and work with a little caution, these fraud people can do...

Best dal bati that I have tried in a long time. It's quite a drive from where I was staying but worth the travel. The dal they serve is an option of khati meethi and regular. It's arhar dal with a flavor of lavang, hing and jeera. I requested for both and loved it. The kadi is a Gujarati kadi and it was delicious.
