Pride by samrat — Hotel in Jabalpur

While writing the review I am still in the hotel. I sincerely appreciate the people of the hotel. Simple, dedicated and tries to make things happen to the best of the ability. It's a simple hotel with a decent look and cleanliness. The ladies who came to clean the room, to deliver water had a smile and courtesy, the gentleman who came to deliver tea at the room had a smile, and servers in the restaurant Roshni and Radha was graceful, the manager at the reception Abhishek was fantastic. And checked on us time again. They all made my son feel very comfortable which made me feel even better.

Food is really nice. Quite big portions (atleast for us) but overall it was tasteful. Whether the sandwich or the pasta, noodle, chicken curry or rotis. All of them were made with a pinch of love. Overall great stay of 3 days. However suggestions to improve will be the

door lock - it's difficult to lock the door. Secondly the bed linen are torn. I understand it's difficult maintain sometimes, but still.. and thirdly if only we could have a luggage rack in the ro could have utilised the tables and + easily. easily. Fourthly, I understand the hotel is sustainable electricity wise as they have sensors all across, my suggestion will be to check on the water conservation mode also. The taps emit unnecessary amount of water. May be the speed and a special filter can reduce some amount of water to go waste.. just a suggestion though...

Overall will return again if we travel back to Jabalpur... thank you...

We stayed here for four days and our stay was pleasant. Staff behaviour at restaurant is very polite and pleasing. Food is tasty and hygienic. Security and reception staff is well behaved. Good location with ample parking.

The only thing which disappointed me was the behaviour of two ladies from housekeeping. They did not provide good service and came for a tip on the last day of our stay. I have tipped other staff but not these ladies. Initially, they denied to provide basic toiletries to us and told us to take shower with hand wash, Ridiculous! Upon calling the reception, we got the required stuff. Rooms were not cleaned on daily basis, lethargic ladies who were busy chit chatting.

When everything is so good about this hotel, why can’t they improve the housekeeping?
