Barbeque Nation - Jagat Mall — Restaurant in Jabalpur

I attended BBQ Nation for the second time within a week, my first visit and impression of the restaurant was good, the food was tasty and more than adequate, the waiters explained the food being served and were very helpful. I planned my second visit on Sunday 8th May, being Mother’s Day, there were 8 of us at our table. Prior to this visit I spoke with the manager by phone advising him of my plans, he was agreeable with everything and that he would arrange and make sure my requests were met, on the 7th May I visited the restaurant after 6 and spoke with the manager in person to sort out the seating arrangement and the area of the restaurant we would like to be at, I also requested 3 red roses for the 3 mothers that would be in our party, once again he was accomodating and assured me I need not worry. We arrived at 8pm on the 8th May and nothing was ready for us, we were left waiting to be seated, the table wasn’t the table I had requested and the manager was nowhere to be found, the manager approached me about a half hour after our arrival, I advised him that I wasn’t at all impressed of his failures to meet what is regarded as the basics in hospitality. Worst experience !! We went for dine inn , we were there at 10 :15pm sharp waited almost 15 mins nobody came in to take order or even greet us . After a while when it was the time to close a staff named Prince (Floor manager) said that they won't be able to serve us, as they don't take entry after 10:30pm (to mention it was 10:24 at that time). I don't understand a brand like Barbeque Nation, who is famous for hospitality, is asking their guests to leave as they can't entertain us at 10:15pm, why are you guys giving slots till 10:45pm then? Mr. Prince said they don't take entries after 10:15-10:30pm so that, they can wind up with the guests by 11pm and their staff "CHECKOUT" by 11:15 pm max. I mean really I have visited Noida's store N- number of times, we have stayed there for minimum 1:30hours. And your staff guys have to leave by 11-11:15pm. Why are guys even opening for dinner.? Secondly I got to know they don't even have barbeque. They serve starters in plates at your table. This was not really expected by "BARBEQUE NATION". This place is a dark spot on Barebeque Nation Franchise. The point wise flaws are

The food quality. I was served raw chicken, overcooked chicken. My wife was served with spring roll which was hot outside with extremely cold fillings.

Hospitality is a big part of the food industry. The response of serving waiter on raising the above concern was and I would like to put this in quotes " As this is Barebeque Nation so you are raising this concern, at any other place you wouldn't have said anything ". Is this the kind of reply being expected ?

Next when we asked to clear the table, so that we can proceed with main course. Firstly a waiter came to clean. He cleaned half of the table and then there comes the great wait. Again after calling, the table was cleaned at last.
