Biryani में Elaichi — Restaurant in Jabalpur

Post on 18/2/2025 When I visited it was closed. And we were disopointed as we may miss out train, if we wait. But luckly , I was very happy that my train was delayed for 7+hours, so i phone to the restaurant (BIRYANI ME ELACHI) and order biryani. Which was very taste and emmy, pepper and elachi, added a great taste which I had never experienced, and gravy is also different which had a great taste. Finally I experienced a wonderful biryani after many days, in out of states, Different quantities of biryani, 350kilo/gm, 650kilo/gm, and 1kgbiryani. If we want extra rich is also provided as per cost. Qunatity and Quality of chiken is very fine. Each and ever piece is marinated with love and taste from cook. This is by far the most tasteless biryani i have ever tasted. I have had biryani at many places and many cities, some were good some were bad but this biryani is not even worth tasting. It's near my home so i thought of giving it a try The biryani has no taste, it doesn't have any spices any masala.The chicken was fine the rice was fine but the taste was very bad It's like eating plain rice with achaar or some chutney. I recommend the maker to add some spices and try some different style of making. This taste of biryani won't work in Jabalpur as people here like to have a bit spicy food. The quantity of the food for the price was nice. Clean and hygienic. Taste of the Hyderabadi dum biryani wasn't up to the mark the rice texture was alright but there wasn't any prominent biryani flavour and aroma. I wouldn't call it bad because the chicken was soft and clean and good quality but lacked some flavour too.
