It is world's worst and poor hotel ...if I there is option of negative star I'll rate them minus five. Trust me I stayed there but the nature of manager , waiters and the workers is so rude that u will feel that u r staying in dharamsshala ...there is huge variations of rate from online and offline..I booked offline and they fooled us , I clarified after checked out from and regreted too much...overall quality of food is like eating 15 rs biryani at street...there is no option in breakfast , I mean u hav to order high rate food from menu , I ordered parathas and sandwiches from menu but they refused and preferred higher rate dishes from menu and said only these are available....the TV was not working and geyser also....but I was on hectic schedule so I didn't changed my hotel ....I called 3_ 4 times the manager but they only gives us assurance that after one hour technician will come....room delivery of food was not available , I dialed the call but they said u hav to take lunch or dinner in restaurant...... My intention is not to defame , degrade or deteriorate reputation of hotel.but...

Pros Room is Okay Reasonable Prices

Cons Location is not good. The infrastructure is old and not updated. The view from the windows is poor. Amenities are not good. The Rooms are not equipped with Kettle and Water Bottles. You need to ask for them separately and repeatedly. Anything other than Indian Meals is not good. You cannot order from outside. You can order from the restaurant. Italian food, Chinese food and South Indian food are not at all good. The portions served are small. Breakfast has a stuffed parantha, veg sandwich and a butter toast. The curd provided is not more than 3-4 table spoons. They provide you with a semi-burnt butter toast and give you an average preparation vegetarian sandwich. The tea provided in the...
