The Socialite- Rooftop family Restaurant lounge cafe — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

A few years (2-3) ago, we remember how this place was a big thing in town that every youngster would at least go there once followed by many subsequent visits. However, every service provider in this industry has to pass through a business cycle and hence it had all of its share of ups and downs.

But kudos to the team that they did not stop and are still dedicated to serving the guests with the best of what they can.

Hence, ladies and gentleman, on a drumroll, here comes the new, improved, fancy, and nothing less than a dream cafe, The Socialite in its new avatar.

We were awestruck seeing the makeover from being a funky and cool place to a classy, full of grandeur and warmth, artistry and up the class place. We couldn't believe that it was the same cafe we used to come to (in all the positive ways). The first look of it from the road is tempting enough in itself that invites you to come up once. It is now again becoming a hotspot where elite people would come and have a gala and comforting time.

Coming on to the food part, they have a superb Lebanese and Mexican menu along with Indian, Chinese, and Italian.

Their effervescent drinks looks like magic in all that fancy jazzed up glasses.

10/10 for the presentation skills. 9/10 for the taste because there's always a scope for improvement. 9/10 for the quantity because when it comes to good food, it's never enough. 10/10 for the availability of options. 10/10 for the desserts.

We liked the Jalapeno Cheese Balls, Avacado and walnut brownies, Chandni Fix, Beetroot Tikki, Garlic bread.

Must try for sure.

The socialite another feather in the kitty of Jaipur eateries... Situated on tonk road the entrance is hard to spot as there are no signs. Ambience:4/5 They have and indoor sitting arrangement and two out-door setups one being the rooftop. The sitting arrangements are innovative and fancy looking. I found the ambience to be great. It is definitely a place I would like to hangout with my friends. Drinks:3/5 Well we decided to go with high in the sky and black mojito. The drinks were average and didn't find anything extravagant in the flavor but on the other hand was pleased by the presentation. Food:3/5 As per the staff's recommendation we decided to tryout a dish called chikni chameli. This was paneer stuff scones with ketchup served in a syringe. The taste was bang on and again full marks for the presentation. The next dish we tried was the Alfredo spaghetti pasta. Again full marks on presentation but taste wise it was an average dish not as creamy as it should be. Service:2/5 I found it hard to get hold of the staff hence was disappointed with the service speed and also we had to keep reminding the staff of our order. I found the service lacked training. The place is loacted at the very main Tonk road of Jaipur. Amazing views from rooftop and very innovative kind of preferences in everything from every single food you will ordered to the tables and chairs. Ketchup comes in big injection. On the taste side somethings are good some are average. We have ordered 3 things :- Schezwan noodles - 4.5/5 🔥 Masala spring rolles - 3.5/5 Chikni chameli - 4/5 (name itself is too unique)

One more thing i specially want to note here is they literally serve one of best taste hukaah's (sheesha) in whole jaipur. There are three floor sitting arrangements One is just inside bar. Anotherone is outside but covered from all sides so you cannot view roads from there but its flooring was all covered with dry little pebals (innovative way again). Third one is on rooftop and that was our favorite. You can enjoy views from there with smooth breeze and projector with matches going on. Overall a very budget and nice place to hangout with...
