Townhouse 051 Lal Kothi — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I can bet those excellent reviews for this place are fake ones or sponsored ones. This place is one of the worst experiences. In fact this was my third stay in Oyo townhouse and i can surely say that their quality is drastically degrading. ||Some issues I faced:||Chekc in is Super complicated and inspite of giving them GST details, their bill which came online had no GST details and now none is helping.||Lift was not working for 2and and 3rd floor so everyone has to carry their own luggage through stairs.||Tap was borken in Bathroom and dense flow of water was flowing continously. plumber wasted my 45 minutes fixing it and assured that its now working but the moment i went for bath it got stuck and same challenge. now i could not change to warm or cold water and i had to be under boiling water.||House keeping staff all looks like gang of goons and chewing tobbaco all the time,||Breakfast is simply not edible.||Must avoid place. in fact now OYO has become...

It was a wrost experience at this oyo. I went there with one of my friend and the reception guy (Ramchand Saini) says that local IDs are not accepted even if they have written it in there Goibibo profile page. This was really disappointing and devastating hearinf tthis and he was talking in very harsh manner and said that just go away u are responsible for this and not us.

I am also adding a screenshot of their profile page as a proof that this hotel is a fraud and staff does not have any manners and respect fir guests

As far as my personal opinion is concerned, I strictly deny anyone of you to book a room in this silly and stinky hotel.

I will not stay here again if they dropped there prices by half.

No toilet paper, missing switch for shower and tap water, no mirror in the washroom, no hooks to hang cloths. I told all these things to the manager on the first day and he said, "aisa he hai"(That's how it is).

Now I did not get a chance to take pictures of the room, but the side table had multiple burn marks probably from cigarettes!

I asked for a towel from room service, as there was non when we arrived, they brought one towel knowing well that there are 2 guests.

The hallway smelled terrible throughout my stay, probably because of pest control.

The hotel staff woke me up at 2AM because someone in the next room forgot there key inside, so the staff boy jumped from my room's window to the room beside and opened the door. What's surprising is that they don't have spare keys...
