Capital O Hotel Satyam Inn — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

We landed up at this hotel only because it was a stone's throw away from a colleague's wedding venue. We just wanted a place to crash for one night, have a shower, change and attend the wedding. It is a very basic hotel and we were initially skeptical when we saw the place was deserted, since we had female colleagues also with us. Surprisingly, the rooms were nice and clean. Bathrooms were also nice and clean with hot water available throughout. The flat panel TV worked and the room service was very good and responsive. This hotel is elegant and refined in appearance, but the real joy of the place is the staff, who without exception were excellent in every way. They all provided that lovely and quite rare combination of courteous and positive informality with a very high level of administrative and professional skill that is the hallmark of really good hospitality. Rooms and services were good,but they messed up their parking. I parked my scooter with perfectly parked 8-10 two wheelers at 9.30 pm and in the morning when i checked out it was standing 10-15 feet away form its original spot, their were scratches on the left side of the scooter . When i asked them about it they said that other guest must have moved it to accomodate his/ vehicle,but its their reaposibility if my vehicle is parked on their property,one guest cant move and scratch other guest's vehicle without their knowing.
