I stayed for 2 days in this hotel. Met a lot of guests at the hotel all had similar issues. 1.Flush system did not work. 2.No warm water to bath(There is no geyser) 3.No one from staff knew the password of the "Free Wifi". 4.No proper car parking. They just tell you to park the car in the front of main reception door, the area which looks huge in photos but in reality only one two cars fit into that space including poorly parked 2 wheelers. 5.No bedsheet on bed. 6.No cleaning of rooms . 7.Give re-filled bottles when you ask for water.(Dude focus on cap colour , Blue bottle won't have green cap) 8.Room service was good but the quality of milk was not that good. Lobby and corridors are not cleaned or even broomed on regular basis. One of the receptionist was too arrogant rest the staff was well behaved. Price of food is too expensive based on the quality and quantity given. No car service to go around in Jaipur. 13.Towels/Bedsheets were old and were not washed properly(Stains and smell) 14.Broken Bucket and Mug in bathroom. 15.Bad food with "No outside food allowed". 16.No cupboard, small shelf with no lock on it. 17.Room had a lot lights but only few worked at a time. 18.No one from staff were wearing masks or using sanitizers (i guess rooms too are not sanitized)
Good things: 1.Its close to roads, Easy to locate. 2.Rooms have TV. 3.Rooms have AC(Don't know whether works or not) 4.Though the room had a lot of issues but the staff responds every time you report them about something ,not very quickly though.
Other than this, The area is a residential area in the outskirts so as a tourist you won't enjoy here. Its near Mansarovar Metro station so you can always take metro.
If you are planning to stay here just stay for the night and leave the next morning the rooms and food are not very good for longer stays but its a good place to sleep, Residential area no noise pollution in night.
For food you can go near Metro Station it has a lot of restaurants(I suggest you to go to Hotel Zaipuri, I guess its the name, Decent family restaurant with cheap food)
Don't have too much of expectations. Don't depend on hotel for anything(Soaps/Shampoo/towels etc)
Totally bad experience. Instead of booking this place in advance, once you reach Jaipur try other hotels, there many good hotels which are not visible...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room and the payment was taken immediately, but when I arrived I was told there was no booking under my name. I provided proof of payment, yet they were unhelpful.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like outright fraud. I had to scramble to find another place to stay at the last minute. I urge others to be cautious — check twice before booking and consider safer alternatives.
The owner is kind of fraud, while me and my friend were on the way to jaipur so we contacted him over phone and make advance payment and he confirmed the booking when we reached to hotel at 11.00pm as we have already told him about late check-in and he was ok with that, the person who was sitting at reception counter was unaware about the booking or advance payment. When I called the owner he was like 'AA GAYE KYA AAP?'. We were like are you mad if we had made advance payment and you have made consent of the room has been booked, yes it is very obvious we are coming boss.
Yet he tried to make an arrangement in some alternate hotel which is approx 4 km far from his hotel and that too was under renovation without any proper facilities, presented staff has told us that this is the only room available with them.
And we didn't like the room and at 12.30pm me and my friend was left alone in some industrial area and somehow we managed to find some other hotel at 3.00pm that too very expensive as due to long weekends every hotel was...

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was a delightful experience – from the rich, authentic Rajasthani dishes to the diverse options in their menu, everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The attention to detail in presentation and the quality of ingredients truly stood out. Dining here felt like a culinary journey!
The accommodations were equally impressive. My room was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches – like fresh linens, thoughtful amenities, and how everything was arranged with care. It made the room feel like a luxurious home away from home.
Beyond this, the entire hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests were remarkable.
