Dvij Inn Hotel — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

This hotel is a hidden gem, trust me at that! I have travelled across the country and stayed in a lot of different chains of 5-star and 4-star hotels and the hospitality of the staff here (everyone among them, cannot exclude even a single staff member) is as good as a top notch 5-star or a 4-star!

Rooms - Super comfortable, extremely clean and hygienic, crisp white beddings and towels, spacious enough to accommodate 2 guests, new and well-working bathroom fittings as well as room switches, well designed wardrobe with hangers, neat and clean electric kettle, a mini-fridge and a large television!

Dining - I did opt for breakfast and dinner included in the package during my 4 nights stay. Well, the spread of the buffet is decent considering the tariff for this hotel. However, the staff in the restaurant makes up for it and notes down every little detail and shall remember it till you check-out! That's thorough professionalism. Their hospitality literally makes you want to eat more. Not only because the food is lip smacking and delicious but also because they treat you like a royal guest and would give you the best recommendations available! Infact, on the day of my check-in, I reached very late around 12:15 AM and the restaurant was almost closed. However, I just casually asked if I could get anything to eat? To my surprise, the manager went straight to the kitchen and enquired about the possibilities. He came out with a restaurant staff member after a very short quick discussion and I was told I could order anything for dinner I would like. It was top-notch hospitality and I ordered for Dal tadka and Jeera rice. Even at such a late hour of the night, the food was served fresh, hot and without any compromise on its taste or presentation. Note: If you're someone who expects a hugeeeeeeeee spread of buffet, then this place shall not be for you. It's not like they do not have options but well, you know what I mean here, isn't it?

All in all, it is a beautiful experience driven by their hospitality and delicious food. If you're on a budget travel and looking for a value-oriented stay, then please opt for this hotel with your eyes closed. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Even if you come across any hiccups during your stay (which I am sure you won't but just in case you do..), then I am so very sure that the hotel staff will always be there to assist you with your needs. I can say one of the best hotel in Jaipur. It is a 3 star hotel, but service like 5 star. Our family stayed there for 3 days. The stay was including breakfast and dinner. The food they served was outstanding. For each dish they will ask for the review. And something is there to improve, they will take it seriously and will correct it next day. Really thanking Mr. Bhawan for arranging us the best experience. And Mr. Rahul ( not sure the name is correct) for the best food service. Rahul is very sincere in his profession and polite to the customers. Not forgetting to thank the room service boys for their Sudden response and service.

Have some suggestions to improve more.

1. Internet connectivity should be improved. As the password is always changing and it is only valid for 24 hrs. People staying more than that, need to call the reception and ask for the password eachtime. Internet speed is very slow.
2. Hot water facility is only at morning. That is a drawback. Especially in this pandemic. Most tourist coming after sight-seeing should get fresh at evening. So at that time hotwater should be provided. These should be improved.

As we was happy with our stay because of the best room service and food, we are not much concered about the above mentioned points. But for those who are concerned about those may rate the hotel less. I recommend this hotel to all those who want a happy stay. Kindly note my suggestion and try to improve those. I stayed there with family on a recent tour trip to Jaipur, It is a brand new hotel with well decorated rooms with all modern amenities . ||This is an appreciated review for Mr. Dham Singh Bisht - The General Manger of the Hotel. ||We made a late check in to the in the midnight , due to long journey hours our mobile phones were dead due to low battery and we didn't able to present our online reservation voucher at the time of check in .||Even the mid night hours, Mr.Bisht was presented there and he made our check in very smooth without any further questions, and also arranged food services late in the midnight.||Through out our 3 nights stay, Mr. Bisht taken best care of all our family members and he really made our accommodation at Hotel Dvij Inn very memorable, Also reception staff are polite and go extra mile in serving the guest.||I highly recommend this hotel for all family and tourist traveler who visits Jaipur.||Thank You Mr. Bisht for your wonderful...
