Townhouse 207 Hotel Downtown My Stay — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I stayed recently at Ambassador hotel in khan market , Subramani Marg Delhi for my business trip for 2 nights ..||||I was simply surprised that the service was so good right from check in which was handled by Lakshya Joshi.. I got an early check in and also an upgrade 😊||||Later when I Went to have my Breakfast , the staff there were so friendly .. I felt at home .. Specially Apoorva , lekpa and Uma at restaurant made it all look so nice at my BF ..||||I would strongly visit again and also suggest my friends to visit...

This has been my worst experience ever! The staff is rude, uncooperative, dirty rooms, dirty washrooms. The room had no proper lights, no ventilation. I couldn’t even stay, I had to change the hotel and book somewhere else. Do not even think of booking a room here!These people even said that if you cancel a booking with OYO as this was a prepaid booking you will never get the money back.
