“I booked a hotel on the FabHotels website. When I arrived at the property, they informed me that all rooms were booked. It was around midnight, and since we couldn’t go elsewhere, because he already ask otp we don't have any other option. So, the hotel owner shifted my father and me to another property. He assured us that it was only 2 km away, but when we reached there, it turned out to be 7 km away. Additionally, they claimed the original price was ₹3000, but they charged us only ₹890 due to the inconvenience. We had already paid around ₹350 in advance. After my NEET exam, I discovered that the actual property price was only ₹850. It’s clear that we were cheated by the owner. Moreover, the hotel we were shifted to had no water in the bathroom, bedsheets were dirty, and the room smelled unpleasant. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel or using the FabHotels website due to their poor customer support.”

The Hotel Was Good,And Rooms was also good, the biggest disappointment is, there's no water for drink, i mean you have to buy ₹20/bottle of water from there. And staff is good, but you have to tell them twice for a thing, we order food, and it's take 1 Hour. The Quality of food is very cheap. Money wasted 😔. But Rooms Was good. Our rooms AC not working and also TV. And Funny🤣 Thing is. In the middle of the night, you can hear someone Moans😅 from nearest room. I think this is the not good use of OYO. Worst booking ever😠. I booked this hotel from Oyo on 2nd may for 4-5 may for neet exam. When I reached hotel at 10pm(4th may) they denied check in by saying that rooms are already full and they don't have any confirmation status about booking even I have paid the money. Total fraud app, fraud hotel chains...don't book any...
