I am a regular customer at your Belgian Waffle outlet located on Madhyam Marg, Mansarovar, Jaipur. However, I am writing to bring to your attention the disappointing experience I had during my visit on 1-10-2024

My friend and I placed an order for two waffles. Initially, a staff member took our order verbally, and we were under the impression that payment would be made afterward. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, another staff member informed us that the order had not been placed, and we had to place it again with him. This created confusion and a significant delay.

When the waffles were finally served, one of them was burnt and tasted unpleasant. It was also poorly packed, wrapped in a tissue rather than being properly packed. We brought this to the staff’s attention, and while they did replace the burnt waffle, the overall experience was quite frustrating due to the lack of coordination and service.

I believe that such instances could be avoided with better training for the staff, especially regarding order-taking and food preparation. Additionally, having more than two staff members present, particularly during busy hours, would help prevent the chaos we experienced.

Called up to book in advance, store executive felt necessity and assured to prepare in 10-15 minutes, instead they took more than 30 minutes after I reached the store. Looking at their faces, staff at the store were feeling bored with no energy left. Making of waffle: Cook struggled to save waffles from sticking on the waffle making machines and literally used a wooden spatula to unstick the other side of waffle. I witnessed making of a layered sandwich instead of well-shaped waffle. A twin layered cake prepared with four layered of waffle.
