They are totally wrong choice

They show something in the picture and offer something else

You have to fight to get what u paid for. If booked online, then be assured you paid higher rate, especially feom goibibo.

They will not pick up phone call from the room.

Cleanliness is not their area of concern as they are more focused on hourly booking.

If u ever visit the hotel, you would not like to touch the phone in the room as it could be allergic or infectious. That was my experience.

If you order room service, food served is as per their choice. I opted for no onion, no garlic. They confirmed the food served without onion and garlic, but the food was with garlic.

No amenities are provided even in the suit room as generally it's not required in hourly basis bookings.

It's not a family hotel at all. Never visit with family.

They claim they have WiFi, but it's never connected as I'd password not known by anyone.

No one is concerned about the hotel. Only focus gives money.

Few staff seemed good, but they seemed helpless in front of management and chief working team.

It's purely intended and intentional.

Even online platform like goibibo know these things about them, but they must be paying a hefty amount to get these feedback removed. When I complained goibibo about this, they kept me on hold for 15minutes and later informed me that the hotel is not picking up their phone.

It's practically impossible.

It's a joint venture of goibibo and cheelgadi as in idiomatic language said "partners in crime."

My experience with both parties, cheelgadi and goibibo, was pathetic.

Though cheelgadi claims to be a big group and definitely they must be , a way of business is totally in an unprofessional manner for any hospitality industry.

Had it not been extra efforts of staff, I would have definitely given one star, but the hard work of staff shouldn't go unnoticed and unpraised, thus giving...

5 Star to the Staff of the Hotel and food of the hotel.

My booking was done in this hotel by my friend as it was near to the airport. I stayed from 10th-13th May 2019. The hotel is located at the back side of the airport and it taken 15-20 mins to reach the same from Airport. Its newly build property and well maintained. The check-in process was smooth. The staff at the reception was attentive. He had allocated room 205 which didn't had any window. Upon my request, they shifted me to Room 205 which was overlooking the airport runway. The room size is of a budget hotel. The room was neat and clean. They serve water in thermal water containers so no package drinking water. I had noticed few bed bugs in the bed and after changing the bed sheet next day, they had disappeared. The bathrooms were clean. The shower needed few repairs which i had conveyed to the staff. They confirmed that it will be rectified.

The food is available only till 10:30 pm. I had ordered one Cheelgadi special thali which was good in taste and quantity. They give you 2 different types of gravy vegetables, Two types of dal, one sweet dish (big Gulab jamun), salads, chhas and raita with dahi vada.

I checked out at 2:00 am which was again without any hassle.

I would like to give 0 star rating, since it's not available I'm giving 1.No oyo service available. Very bad people. I booked 2 rooms for 1 night. When I reached the hotel it was 11:00 in the night and in the entrance door it was written oyo bookings not allowed, I was wondering why and when went to the reception they refused check-in saying that they don't have any agreement with oyo.I had already paid them and I was wondering what to do. When enquired about the room charge they told its 12, 000 per room. I with my family then left there and booked another hotel. It was my first booking with oyo, and was really disappointing. I did complain the oyo and they promised to refund me, and I'm still waiting for it. From now onwards I will first confirm whether the hotel ppl have agreement with these online booking ppls before confirming my bookings. Worst...
