Hotel Dev Villas — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Good facade...poor interiors and extremely poor customer service. The hotel has a club in the basement which plays music till like 1.30 am....u can forget about sleeping after a long day of touring the city! They don't just play regular songs but also vulgar songs...and when I say vulgar...I really mean it. They were playing "teri g*d may danda du at 1 am!!! There is no sense of customer service at all. At about 9 am, they started the construction work at the hotel...on a Saturday! And they dint even stop after complaining about it. The room service was fast but the trays and plates were really dirty as if they weren't washed in 10 years! We asked to clean the room while stepping out but when we returned in the night, only the bed was made. Neither the room or the washroom was cleaned! The rooms are not sound proof and the staff keeps running and talking loudly in the corridors without thinking about the comfort of the guests! I would not recommend anyone to go there. Horrible experience! ...

We went on a tour to Jaipur and booked this hotel from 7th to 9th July'2017. The rooms were ok but they have one of the worst service facility. The waiter couldn't find the opener so he opened the bottle from his mouth and that was very disgusting. Also, we booked 4 rooms out of which 1 room had a below average AC. We had to made a shift to another room. They say that they have wifi but will not work in the room. And the 1 which has good network will not be able to access it. The bar is good as far as ambiance is concerned but again their service is very pathetic and slow. The waiter used to come to our table 4-5 times for just confirming the order. After that he will bring something. Very bad experience. But at the end, one good thing that happened with us was that after we checked out, after about 30 minutes, we got a call that 1 of our member had left his phone in the room. So, they were...

Recently i had a visit at this hotel. First the check in was not easy. I booked two rooms through agoda and both of them were in pathetic condition. The bedsheets were dirty, the sofa was dirty as hell, the bathroom was small and didn't have basic amenities like soap, bucket etc. Moreover when i asked them to chnge one of the rooms that was smelling terrible they said they will put room freshener and after arguing a lot finally they changed the room. At night while sleeping i discovered there were cockroaches roaming around not 1 or 2 there were multiple cockroaches coming out from the sofa, tv frame. Only i know how i spend that night. They even charge you for the water bottles they provide you at the rooms.Truely speaking this hotel looks good only from the outside. I'll not suggest this hotel to anyone. I don't want anyone to experience the pathetic service they offer and ruin...
