Hotel O Krishna Nagar Near Sawai Man Singh Stadium formerly Jaipur Casa — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I am sorry to say this but it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. I am shocked that this hotel has 4.1 reviews on Oyo. Firstly, I would like to criticize Oyo for their booking process. I had booked this hotel and selected the option to pay at hotel. I had no idea that for this option, Oyo calls the customer for their arrival confirmation. I was busy in a meeting and couldn't receive the call. So, Oyo cancelled my booking. Same thing happened again. My booking was confirmed in third attempt where I had to stick by my phone and pick up their confirmation call anyhow. Talking about the hotel rooms, the room that I stayed in was not very pleasing to the eyes. The washroom was not very clean with all toiletries (towel, handwash, bodywash, body lotion) either unavailable or broken. The room was clean surfacely but had loads of dirt at unusual places like bottom the bed, table, corners, etc. There was no remote available for the TV and the TV operator had very less free channels. No keys were provided for the rooms. During afternoon, I asked them to get the room cleaned and lock it. I returned late night and asked them whether the room was cleaned or not. Their reply was- Sir, did you ask for it? I don't remember. Isn't this the hotel duty to get the room cleaned? As I had no keys, I had left the door closed while leaving(not locked). To my surprise, I found the door in the same condition with all my luggages inside the whole day. The hotel said WiFi available but they had some technical issue due to which all online payment modes were also not available. I had to walk a few kilometres to find an ATM machine and pay them in cash. Talking about the food they served, the taste was good. I had ordered an omelette which was served in a plate on the top of a tissue paper. We booked this via OYO. The photos were pretty impressive but when we reached we weren't given such a room. It was decent but not the best. Rooms were smelly inside, had a strong smoke smell. Water supply on the taps, flush were not flowing. But we were shifted to another room later, which was big and better, but still had smell and the bathroom door didnt close. Shower didnt work and flush water was erratic. But the hotel staff and service was courteous and polite. Hope they improve on their infrastructure and basic services. I booked a hotel with them and checked out before my actual checkout time because of pathetic hotel service and overall cleanliness.

The room was so disgusting and will never use Oyo rooms again. Washroom had stains of pan masala. Floor was all dusty. Commode was so dirty that you would literally feel like puking. Drawers had empty bottles of whiskey and empty packs of cigarettes. I've attached the picture of it.

Couldn't even sleep for a minute because there were so loud noises of moving stuff by the staff.
