Hotel Raghuraj Palace — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

TL;DR: don’t believe online pictures. Visit the hotel then checkout the room and then only pay.

No wonder how are they rated 4.2 During my stay the hotel is pretty old and not clean. Rooms are dirty and lighting is low in the rooms as well. The bathrooms are not great either. As soon as I checked in and moved into the room, I just wanted to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. The switch in the room was hard to operate. The bedsheets were dirty, they didn’t provided us towels in the rooms as their laundry was late till 5 pm, no facility for other toiletries in any of the rooms. Walls & gates are thin so if there is something going on outside your room or in common area, you’ll definitely hear noises. During my visit there was a party, so group was pretty loud and we couldn’t sleep for hours, also someone puked right near the elevator. Overall, the hotel doesn’t look any way similar to what it’s portrayed. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. I had a terrible experience. No way they charge us so high, and yet...

I recently stayed RAGURAJ PLACE hotel located in a peaceful and calm area that was also conveniently located near transportation. The hotel was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still providing easy access to public transportation.

The ambiance of the hotel was calm and relaxing, with beautiful landscaping and a tranquil atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with any questions

Absolutely pathetic experience. Customer service was terrible. The taps weren’t working the shower heads were rusty and there was no hot water. When we asked for them to fix the issue they did not do anything. We talked to the manager and he completely ignored the issue. The management at this place is terrible.

We spoke to the receptionist for an additional mattress and when we went to our rooms we asked the worker to put that into our rooms he said we can’t add the mattress. The room we got smelt bad, pillows were dirty blanket was dirty and had holes in it.
