Not expected this much excellent hotel. One can experience a very good hospitality in this hotel.

Hotel provides highly hygiene Room, service and delicious food.

Rooms are provided with coffee maker, centralized air condition, locker facility, 24 hour hot water facility.

One can feel very comfortable and luxurious stay in this hotel.

Their room service and delicious food is always rememberable during our trip.

Very fast and quick service can experience. Mr Rajender Kumar is very highly obedient and very quickly provides the required services. All their service staff is very fast to serve hotel guests. They never feel lazy and never think about prolonging. Check in staff responses very quickly and very active.

Other important thing is to mention restaurant delicious food. I have never expected this hotel provides very highly delicious food. We are booked with Meal All Plan. My family enjoyed dinner in this hotel restaurant.

Breakfast will be buffet and dinner will be provided on Al carte. In dinner they provide from soup to desert on guest choice. Actually it is very highly appreciable. Even many restaurants provides buffet dinner according to hotel menu. First time I have experienced this type of dinner under MAP. Kudos to the hotel management for providing this type of dinner to the guests.

It is true 3 star hotel - not too great and too bad either. Lets talk about the negatives first.

We had to change rooms twice because in the first room the tap was faulty in the bathroom and in the second room AC was faulty. Initially, they insisted that it is working, but when I insisted to check and repair they agreed to change our room. The bad thing was that we were sent back to the 1st room with a bad tap, at least the AC was working.

Slow restaurant service. On the first day we ordered food and waited for 20 mins for them to inform us that the Daal kept in fridge has gone bad and they can't serve that to us. They were about to serve us a soured Daal, but then the good thing was that they were honest and brave to tell us the truth.

Too many flies in the restaurant, they should keep an electric fly & mosquito killer.

Kettles and some switches were not working in room.

Let's go to the positives now.

Staff members are polite and provides good service. Rooms are big, spacious and comfortable. Hotel is well maintained, clean and hygienic. Hotel is located in a nice location within Jaipur city.

Verdict: The negatives are minor and rectifying them will not be too difficult. At this price and if they fix those issues I'll prefer to stay at "The...
