DEVENDRA(JI), Food, and Ambiance!!!!!

Impeccable Service, Delicious Food, and Tranquil Ambiance everything was perfect to make our one day trip for work to Jaipur a memorable one. As we had only a time in the evening free during our getaway to JAIPUR, I decided to make it an amazing one. Initially I was skeptical if it will be good or not as I was traveling to an unknown place with less or close to negligible knowledge regarding that place, and to the contrary it exceeded my expectations in every possible way......from service to food everything was on point and the ambiance there was Cherry On Cake. I have been to places in the past where they portray the same offerings but they hardly meet their promises. On the other hand, Pakwaan Candlelight Dinner Restaurant excel in every aspect and ensure that their customer have a great dining time.

Apart from their dining facility they do have rooms for tourists in the same building and after experiencing their commitment towards excellence I would recommend anyone coming to JAIPUR to consider this place.

AND AND AND.......I would like to mention Devendra(ji) who can be considered as the face of this company....as he loves what he does. From taking us to our dining space to making sure it looks beautiful......from serving us food to taking pictures he covered all of it. Usually an employee takes just couple of pictures and doesn't show any interest in that, but DEVENDRA(JI) went an extra mile and helped us in capturing some of the beautiful pictures. He shows what poses you can do and takes pictures from creative angle as well, which, when seen, can never be thought by the person who's pictures are taken that it would come out so so amazing!

I have wrote down quite a long review but this is just because of your excellent employee DEVENDRA(JI). Also, I would like to appreciate the person who handles the operations side of this venue and all the team working in the back stage - You all are doing great! If possible I'll surely come in the future to experience...

I booked this place to have our anniversary dinner, I booked for Sundowner meal that is 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

First of all they publicize as seven course meal but actually it is 3-4 course.

Drink - Mint Mojito Starters - Honey chilli potato/Nachos/Veg Noodles Main Course - Dal Makhani/Kadhai Paneer/Jeera Rice/Lacha Parantha/Lehsooni Parantha Dessert- Matka Kulfi/Brownie with Ice cream

So this was the menu I had, also the food is really average, they need to really up the food game.

We selected round Baradari. Decoration was good, start time was perfect but they were really pushy in serving the food all this started at 5:30 and dessert was served around 7 PM.

It was like they wanted to wrap it up soon. I will not recommend this place to anyone who is looking to spend quality time here and eat good food. If you are just looking for good setup for pictures then you can go. The staff will help you to click pictures but they were not good, not their fault as that is not their expertise.

Also there is not much space between each setup they are literally next to each other.

Pros - Good setup, mojito, nachos, honey chilli potato and kadhai paneer was good. There is an option to repeat drinks too.

Cons - all set up is literally next to each other, staff was pushy to serve food, dal makhani, jeera rice, Matka kulfi, brownie with ice cream, lacha Parantha, lehsuni Parantha were really below average. Veg noodles we sent them back as there was a bad smell in it.

I saw the ratings and choose this place, I am really not sure how they are getting 5 star rating from all the customers. The server that was assigned to me did ask for my phone to give rating from Zomato. I clearly told I will share it on my own. Not sure if they are doing the same thing with all the customers.

I spent 3700 for this setup and food. It is better if you go to any other place...

Pathetic management, I booked Birthday theme for my daughter in which Everything was there from this pakwan restaurant including Photoshoot, food, Birthday theme space, waiter. I travelled all the way to jaipur to from bangalore to celebrate my daughter's birthday but then after the event when I came back bangalore these pathetic pakwan guys told me that they have lost my daughter's birthday event all the photographs and only have which was shot by mobile. I mean felt helpless that for this issue I can't again travel back to jaipur and try something to get all photo which was shot by pakwan photographer. My experience with this pakwan is very bad and pathetic, I spent close to 2.5 Lac on Jaipur trip to celebrate my daughter's birthday and photos are the only thing by which you can relive moment by looking at them and all was lost by pathetic management of pakwan.

I strongly believe that they dnt have any ethics or practice by which they delight a customer or make happy. They are only concerned about payment which they even collect before starting of the event.

Gold diggers can be synonym for Pakwan.

Pathetic, please do not opt their services and invest at other places where you know someone or they look professional.

Edit 1 : remember this date booking - 19-02-2023 with my Name. Check with your Management. It really not makes sense now to argue with you as, you have destroyed my daughter's birthday memories.

I have clearly said that I have spent 2.5 lac on Jaipur trip and not on your restaurant. The birthday package was something between 30-50k.

Edit 2 - I have reached out to these pakwan guys for the said issue but then they started yelling on me and forcing me to delete the review. I mean they do pathetic stuff and then create trouble for...
