Treebo Maharaja Residency — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

So I am a local person from jhotwara jaipur and I had the worst experience in this hotel there was an old man and you can say rude person on reception he humiliated me before check in they said outside food is allowed and after ordering the food the old man denied for the outside food and argued with me for a long time not safe for couple after that the roof was purely dirty and the door of washroom and room was broken and not functional properly that was the worst experience of mine on 2nd October 2024 specially the old man was on reception he was totally rude and not accepting his fault and wasted my lots of time in arguments. And one more thing to add the room was smelly and that smell remains permanent until you check out the room and as per services the room rent is too...

It is a real feedback. Visited jaipur with my family and one more couple on the eve of 31st Dec 2014 and stayed for 2 nights. Amazing stay with no issues at all. Nice and helpful staff. Specially thanks to Mr Rakesh sharma (GM) for heling us on every stage. They helped us in sight seeing , booking cab for day tour, shows us the route plan for other places and most of all they are very supportive and familier in nature. ||||Good things:||- Nice and very spacious rooms with all facilities like 5 star hotel.||- good service||- situated in a very posh location of jaipur ||- helpful staff.||- near to delhi highway for delhi NCR tourists.||||i searched a lot on many sites but found this hotel good in all. Thanks to all maharaja staff for serving us....
