Urban Oasis by LuxAuraStays Adinath Nagar Jaipur — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Sanjay Prashar (Manager) is a non sense person, we had booked 4 rooms, we were allotted 2 rooms on first floor and rest two on second floor. ||||Best part was when we said already two rooms are vacant on first floor then why don't you get rooms ready, in meanwhile we will adjust in remaining two rooms only. The idiot manager replied we have no house keeping staff after 2 pm, and if you have too much reservation for all four rooms on same floor, the go and check in some other hotel. As rooms were booked from clear trip, we were forced to stay. If there would have even a single CCTV camera in S 57, i would definitely called up police the way sanjay was behabing.||||Most pathetic experience ever, manager sanjay handed over keys of rooms already occupied by guest, no house keeping staff after 2 pm no toiletries only basic soap and towels that too in very bad condition, no replenishment of tea or coffee after 2 pm. ||||A very standard answer for everything no one is there after 2 PM may it be House Keeping, Maintenance etc. ||||Safe in room is there but they don't let you use because the person who knows how to reset code is not available after 2 pm, ||||Wifi is there but very slow, opened in residential colony of adinath nagar. A big no for families. ||||Owner Mr. Siddharth Sharma is running other hotels too in Jaipur, He needs to concentrate on this property too.||||Further mind you this is a Bed and Breakfast property...

Extremely pathetic service. I would not even call it service. The property manager was like some GUNDA. On checking in he told us to wait as the rook was getting ready which was fine with us. It took only 5 minutes in the process. When we finallly went into the room and took a look, the room was like a horse stable. Bedsheeets were like as if someone had peed on them. And the pillow covers were gone brown. When we complained about the issue it took the staff half an hour to just bring one bedsheet. On asking about the towels, pillow covers and blanket covers they told that they didnt had laundry. And i was like WHAT?. Onasking the manager that what should i do now, he simply askedme to leave the hotel. I was shocked like anything. And the way he was talking was like he owned the whole oyo company and didnt care at all about the reputation of the brand he is assosiated with. How can people like these be allowed to run businesses on a daily basis. Really old world heritage hotel and affordable price. If you want something out of the ordinary then this is the place for you. The decor was really interesting . Considering the rate it was great to have a facilities within the premises. I was travelling with friends and we all enjoyed our stay here. The deluxe rooms are a little small but nice unusual crevices within the room which my friends loved exploring. One room had a seperate small sitting room (like a mini suite) within the room which I thought was great place for a group of four people to spend time just hanging out. The other room had a balcony which was also nice. The food was good but service was a little slow. I think foreign travellers would really enjoy this place.
