Read moreLocated in Malviya Nagar, Mayanagri is a very popular pure vegetarian Restaurant in Jaipur. Visited after hearing great reviews for the restaurant and after visiting felt it was rightfully shared by everyone. Though I tried visiting earlier times for Dinner, but everytime I visited they atleast had a waiting of 45 minutes or so upon booking. Good walk-ins were visible. So planned this time for Lunching in late hours. Visited after 3.30 pm to successfully find a seat. Upon visiting,I was greeted by Valet service, which is much needed in such a busy area. Entered inside the restaurant, the interiors looked very beautiful and nicely arranged. I asked for a food menu and it had loads of food options to choose from. We ordered a few starters before the Main course and they all tasted yum. It's a much famous coffee place too. Likewise, they had lovely coffee both Hot & cold options to choose from. We ordered Nutella cold coffee and it was way better than I expected. We also ordered Watermelon Mojito and Soda Shikanji. They were good too. After starters, we ordered main course. Dhaba Dal , Paneer Dhaba and Rajasthan vegetable, they all tasted superb. Were very pleased on a whole.
PS:- Highly Recommended for all the vegetarians around looking for a great pure veg restaurant option in Malviya Nagar. Also keep in mind of pre-booking yourself a table...
Read moreI recently visited Maya Nagari Coffee in Malviya Nagar after hearing a lot about it from friends. Honestly, my experience was somewhere in between — not bad, but not something I’d rush back for either.
The café itself has a nice vibe. The décor is modern and cozy, and it feels like the kind of place where you could sit for a while and chat. The music was soft and the seating was comfortable, so in terms of ambience, they’ve done a pretty good job.
Coming to the food and coffee — it was… okay. I ordered a cold coffee and some snacks. The presentation looked nice, but the taste didn’t really stand out. Nothing was terrible, but nothing made me go “wow” either. It just felt a bit plain for the price.
Service could definitely be better. The staff wasn’t rude, but they didn’t seem too attentive either — it took a while to get the order, and asking for water or an extra napkin felt like a task.
Price-wise, it’s a bit on the higher side compared to what you get. I wouldn’t mind paying that if the food or service matched up, but it felt a little mismatched.
Overall, Maya Nagari Coffee is a decent spot if you’re nearby and want to chill for a bit, but I wouldn’t call it a must-visit. It’s one of those places you try once and then maybe move on to explore something...
