This is the very unsafe hotel for Females/Girls. Hotel staff’s extremely bad. Speak so badly with their customers. Absolutely ill treating of customers. There was no power. No warmer. No warm water provided on request too. Such bad service I had never seen anywhere. Please don’t get fooled by this reviews - which so false. Seeing this good rating only booked this hotel. This hotel has left me and my friend with such a bad experience in Kashmir.

There was no property damage, as claimed in their reply. If their claim is true, they should provide proof. There was nothing in the room. All 5-star reviews here are bought. Poor quality of room and furnishings۔ Washroom is a box without any toiletries! Unprofessional and discourteous person managing the house turned into guesthouse! The locality is good but locating the property is a challenge as no signages are displayed neither on main road or at entrance to the residential narrow lane or at the front gate!! I doubt if it is an approved guest house ! I am completely at loss of words considering how the reviews are ratings are manipulated to trap gullible customers who are asked to pay online for advance booking۔ Caution not to get swayed by offer of inclusive breakfast and dinner as these are not...

Worst experience Single bed blanket heater for double bed No other room heaters Not much electricity If we ask about it they shout and told only main line available Very bad hospitality
