You will definitely understand the intention if you can understand what am writing in simple plain English .

1. Am NOT deleting any comments. Basically adding comments to the same as Google doesnt allow multiple comments from same person.So it's getting appended. Full see the full messages. 2)I do not want to talk directly because am absolutely disgusted with your service. I just do not want people to suffer like my family did. 3)We paid for you service. We suffered Tremendously. And now we are being said Liars. Wonderful. That's how hospitalable you are. 4)5- Rating is not 5 star. I have clearly mentioned. Please read correctly to understand. 5)I have added 27th July cause that's when am adding new comment. Comon that' pretty lame that I have explain that . 6)And family members staying late .Are you serious.One person flight was at 1pm. So you are saying he stayed beyong 12. This is outragaus.If being GM, you cannot understand a customer no wonder your staff doesn't having basic training.( Again if you need I can share flight timings). basically we checked out early 7 am without breakfast.( Your food tastes bad). That doesn't mean you allowed one person for late check out. 7)And reason why I said ' BEGGING' because it was true. Your staff literally cried and said if we do not delete our GM will remove us from work. 8)Finally to all customers, we have paid full with zero respect and service. I don't have to prove what we have been through. But if you want to have good time . PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. I feel most of the reviews are FAKE. If we write bad reviews they call and ask to either delete or what not.

27/06/2024- Adding comments for recent turn of events -

1)Since we added the review, we were getting continuous calls from your staff literally begging us to delete the review. 2) Also, I mentioned earlier their was very little to no food. When we paying to a so called '5 rating hotel' so your service is no were near to that.You have greatly disappointed us. The food which they prepared after was not sufficient for 12 members. 3) As you are in service domain, I would expect you to rather take the review as something to work on and not mislead people.

CALLING US NUMBER OF TIMES AND ASKING US TO DELETE COMMENTS is very unprofessional.

Kindly take the feedback positively and stop misleading people and calling me to delete this review.

We booked this hotel throug 3rd party travel tour package and stayed with my family of 12 members for 3 days in May 2024. While we had some positive experiences, our overall stay was marred by several issues.
