My Kashmir Homes is one of those amazing places you can stay at when you are at Srinagar, Kashmir. They are truly pet-friendly. We stayed at the ruby suite and it was so so spacious. It was a complete studio in itself. The Rooms were warm and comfortable. The furniture was of great quality and the beds and bed linens were of high quality. The washrooms were superb and well designed. They also make some amazing home cooked food. The garden was so pretty and lovely.Our studio had a private garden which my dog loved to relax at. The location is great and was close to dal lake. It was away from the crowd and great if you like some privacy during your vacation. We stayed three nights in May 2024 at 'My Kashmir Home'. The property owner Aamir Khanyari is very warm and welcoming. We were a group of four adults and four kids and stayed in the Semi Gem Suite, which has four bedrooms and four ensuite bathrooms. Although the property is dated, it is very well maintained and gives a homely and nostalgic feel. It gives insights into the lifestyle of a local Kashmiri family. The property is very close to Dal Lake and Nishat Gardens and other tourist spots. The staff is very supportive and warm.
