OYO 29009 Hotel Amir — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

WORST GUEST HOUSE IN KATRA 1.Uploaded photos on google maps are not actually in real as you can see in my review. 2.Problems in room- Fans doesn't work, no lock on the room gate,No security, leakage in washroom, unavailability of extra beds pillows blanket, the best thing in whole hotel was water, washrooms were so bad that we cannot even think of stepping in to the washroom. Managers behaviour was very bad, everytime asking for basic things required in hotel rooms was a big task for us, he was not even listening to...

Condition before corona phase is very good. After corona, every year people who owns it on lease changes.

And now, Room condition is very bad. Paint falls from the wall, Torn bedsheets, No TV working, No WiFi working, No water geyser working, Bad smells come in the room.

No maintenance is done by them.

Sometimes even water is also not provided by hotel staff and they demands money in advance and said that every facility is available.

Now, they are degrading their value...

Very poor service of staff during complain He shouted like a boss without hearing anything

During the accomodation , giving you lots of advice but after providing room., Not a single complaint solve by assistant.

We r complaining around ૩-૪ times for hot water unavailivity.but after ૧ hr facing same problem , Kindly request to all Bhakat don't come here for accomodation dut to only we are late...
