Roseline Inn — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

First I am very disappointed to see that there's no option to give a zero or negative rating here, but the minimum is one star. It was the worst ever experience staying there. The reception room will be similar to the most horrible room of a haunted house. If you want ice cool water in a chilling climate you can surely stay there. If you need any medicine in emergency at night for someone then be sure that there's no one to help you. Also they won't even give you the towels n other basic requirements to stay even after asking for several times. They won't care even if you have small kids or any elders, they will behave as if they have the sole authority to misbehave or talk rudely with any of your family members. If you want to ruin your kashmir trip, then only opt for staying there, otherwise do not stay there even in the worst conditions. You never know when the property owner may ask you to vacate the room within a few minutes only because you share your concerns with him. If you opt for a tour package just confirm if they have tie ups with this hotel or not..all these are self experienced so sharing here to save others from the suffering n nightmare that we had. When our kid was sick they behaved with so rude n careless attitude... It hurts when you know nothing about a place n the hotel management also does not care for your issues, related to your family...just because you have already paid them.

Hotel executives are scamming us by providing cheap materials. No plug points are working when we stayed, I even made complaints by no actions were taken. Bed heater is also poor quality which burn the bed when we were sleeping on it. And they even put fine on us and they dont even let us go outside till we pay the fine. We were like a prisoner while staying. Also they let my cab driver come inside the hotel by locked the main door. That's how they treat the guests. Infact other guests are also facing the same issue bed burnt by poor heater. Please avoid choosing this hotel. No guarantee for life, poor service, unprofessional mannerism and they will treat you like a prisoner if they wanted. They fined 20,000rs for their poor product and I finally paid 8,000rs. I must give 0star for this hotel.

Everything you mentioned was fine. But as per your guidance. I have turned that blanket off in the mid night and I turned it on after 5am. You can check it with your electricity meter for my room. So that accident it totally your poor product's issue not mine. And i have paid for your ignorance. And what about plug points complaint? And how about the other room blanket issue? Because I have both rooms photo of blanket issue....

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Roseline Inn, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hospitality experiences I've ever had.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff greeted us warmly, were always courteous, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, everyone was incredibly attentive and professional.

The hospitality was truly top-notch - we felt like valued guests rather than just customers. Small touches, like personalized greetings, made a big difference and added to the overall experience.

And the food - absolutely delicious! Every meal we had at the hotel was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had a great variety. ( They must improve in cleaning dishes)

Overall, I highly recommend Roseline Inn to anyone looking for a welcoming, high-quality stay with amazing service and fantastic food. We will definitely be returning!
