Read moreClaims to be 3 star. Service is zero star. Wifi was down most of the time. Staff is rude and insensitive. There was a major fight of staff and guests when I arrived. The staff was shouting at the customer saying that you should not raise your voice. They delayed my checkin for half an hour due to this. Their bell boy took my luggage upto the lift and asked sheepishly "yahan se aap le jao". With his regular updates, he made sure i was aware of the progress periodically, which is something I appreciate a lot. My next visit to Ranchi will definitely have me visiting Capitol Residency and meet the...
