Osm place ,I stayed here for a day for the occasion of ring ceremony of my sister there staff are very sweet and humble and the hotel holiday home is a great place for this type of function like birthday party, business meeting,and etc.A lot of space for chilling children .only thing that is necessary in this hotel is a swimming pool . We reserved The Ball Room hall for sangeet event before our wedding for ~80 guests. This hotel was less than average in the overall service, as compared to the prices they charge. First of all the sheets used on all the chairs were dirty. I saw the same in one of the previous events, and told them to use a fresh sheet for our event which they assured they will. But you could clearly see stains on the white sheets put on the chairs. Their sofa is of a very old model and reduces the beauty of the hall. Coming to the day of event, we faced 3 major issues - 1) In chicken curry that we ordered we found a big butterfly type dead insect in food which we pointed out and told them to replace immediately. They took away the same and after 45 mins brought the container back by which time everyone had finished off their food. An insect in food totally ruined our reputation in front of the bride's family. 2) they started serving water in glasses instead of water bottles which is followed in all the places. After lots of discussion with them they said that we didn't mention the same during booking and hence they would serve the same in glasses. Clearly shows how cheap the hotel is. They did rectify the same later by providing water bottles 3) In later part of event puris got over and I personally along with several guests waited for 45 mins but they did not bring back the puris. Nothing short of a nightmare.|||I’m writing this review while sitting in my room. Booked this hotel after reading reviews and realised soon after check-in that its all fake.||I have been travelling across states and cities for last 15 years for work and this has been the worst experience till date.||While checking in I was allocated a room which has broken tiles (pic attached). When I asked reception to change the room they showed me 2-3 different rooms all in pathetic conditions. One has broken almirah, othe damaged floor. At MMT the room description showed bath tub in room and when asked for it, they mentioned that only a few deluxe rooms have it and they are not working. I insisted on talking to manager Mr Vijay. He siad Nagar Nigam has stopped water supply for bath tubs. Later the reception person asked me to upgrade to an Executive room. Surprisingly in that room, water was available in tub.||The hotel is worst maintained and everything is broken and damaged (see pics)|The next day in morning, when I asked for breakfast, I was told it will start at 8 am. Br,o 8 am is too late for anyone. I requested for 7:30 as I had to leave for a meeting, which they declined rudely.||The room also had AC issue. It went tripping all nights. When I called the maintenance guy I was told this is central AC and if in any other room setting is changed from cool to any other mode it will trip all room ACs.
