The outlet was very unprofessional. I ordered a Mexican Spicy Zinger meal with diet pepsi. Upon tasting the drink (regular diet pepsi) there was no fizz and the drink was very sweet! I asked the staff to replace the drink with a diet pepsi can and recreate the bill but she said that couldn’t be done! Instead, she was adamant that I take regular pepsi (with sugar) as a replacement! I ordered diet/sugar free pepsi as I did not want sugar! And then with a lame face she said nothing could be done!

At last I had to pay an extra 30 INR (she created a bill for a ‘dip sauce’) and then gave me the diet pepsi.

I had also ordered a Thai Spicy chicken roll, which was below par - the bread (roti) was very oily, not crisp at all and merely had any veggies in it! Horrible experience! The worst KFC I've ever visited till to date. Chicken Cheeza had stale cheese. Fiery grilled chicken was soggy and pathetic to taste. The oil used was of old reheated oil, utterly unhealthy. I feel this is the only shop at kanke road which serves such third class food. Nucleus Mall outlet is the best at Ranchi. I feel the franchise owner of third outlet doesn't know how to run the business efficiently.
