Hotel Joy — Hotel in Jharkhand

Very Good place to stay for everyone, be it family or solo travellers or group of friends. The cleaniness in the hotel is always maintained. The most important the thing over here is the people, the staffs of the hotel. The room service (room cleaning) people are so quick, active and efficient. they make sure the room and the hotel area is always clean and make sure the guests have the best stay and experiences. They are very supportive and so are the chefs and kitchen staffs. The food is very tasty no doubt in that and the kithen staffs are also very very supportive. These(kitchen and room cleaning/service) are the people who make sure at any cost to make the stay of the guests wonderful and at any cost support the guests. They are very nice and ground to the earth people. They are always ready to serve the guests with smile on their faces.

The managers and supervisors are also very nice and supportive. They are ready to listen to your problems and help solve those problems as soon as possible.

The cost of the food is little bit high but the taste of the food makes you forget the cost.

The hotel should also include desi food like Rajma rice, chole rice and more...

Rooms are very small (10'X8') Linens are dirty and they don't change by default. You have to tell them for dirty bed linen and then they might change. Dining room is 10'X20'' max and 3 tables cramp it up even more. In room you don't have place for even a table. If you ordering food at room, you have to get the centre table inside and keep it outside post having food. Breakfast is complementary but the waiters show off as if it's a langar being served. You have to ask for juice / tea / coffee etc. They won't disclose the complete menu avl for BF. In night in 5th floor corridor (12'X20') shape place suddenly some marriage rituals started. One of the worst experience ever. Booked around 7-8rooms still zero service. The lady receptionist was so rude and u professional. Though in their rules it was mentioned that outside food was allowed still they denied at the last moment when out guests had arrived. Had to ask multiple time to provide water bottles in the room that was complimentary. Also we were ready to pay for it but still so much delay. Our guests had still not checked out but the receptionist was repeatedly calling to pay the balance amount which anyway we would be paying at the time of check out. Had to face so much embarrassment in-front of our guests because of that mannerless receptionist. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS HOTEL. For the first time experienced such an unprofessional...
