Truly Publik — Restaurant in Jharkhand

This place could have been a sought after place if the service was good. Everything is good about the place like location, food but the serving staff appears casual with no intent to improve service. Our first visit experience to this place was extremely bad. When u spend so much on highly priced food and drinks the least you expect is good service. After serving the starters the waiter appears with warm beer stating the beer is not cold and by that time we had finished half the starters. We then ordered whiskey instead of beer and ordered more starters but the staff was way off mark. You keep calling him for water, icecubes, food ordering but he will pass by nodding saying just coming but he would not come until called several times. PS the music is loud only in the main area and we chose the next sitting area where music is not loud. So no excuses that he couldn't hear us.

Even we complained to the manager but still no improvement in service.

I would not suggest this place because at the same price option you get much better service at other equally maintained high end pubs...

#Worst Food Experience Ever

Will get to food later. The entire restaurant feels well maintained by theme and nice music. Mood lightning and nice moment. But the Food was pathetic. We Visited yesterday night for Dinner. Ordered Naan & Kulcha but it was totally burnt n when I asked to replace it the manager and chef came n was not accepting their fault..

And also paneer butter masala was so Sour..

So in short we had a very worst experience ever in Jamshedpur. And will also suggest never order food.. Just visit for enjoying drinks and music.

Value for money 6/10 Taste 1/10 Quantity 3/10 Service 2/10

Resturant was very good, place was awesome. Good restaurant for birthday party and any celebration, dishes was teasty, the location from top to down sakchi market was looks amazing. There are all types drink available like vodka, bear, rum etc. And also hooka was available. There was DJ who plays your favourite song. Very large restaurant. In this building also available shopping malls like trend by reliance and many shops. But the little problem was the manager, his behaviour was not good with my friends. And there staffs...
