Hotel Jain Excellency — Hotel in Jodhpur

I had booked 2 rooms in this hotel via MakeMyTrip for a family trip to Jodhpur and all of my family members had their worst hotel experience. The hotel is operated by a family that operates a private bus/cargo businesses from the ground floor of the same building which means I was literally staying on top of a bus terminal. Noises of loud pressure horns throughout the night made it impossible to have any sleep. The linens were very dirty. Foul smell in the rooms and floor gallery was smelling cigarettes. Not even a towel was provided in either of the rooms. No parking space to park the car opposed to what’s claimed by business. Even clean drinking water wasn’t available. This is one of the best reasonable hotel I would say in Jodhpur.

Total 14 plp including childrens have stayed for 5 nights in this hotel.

Best part is Food, it was one of the outstanding and delicious food we all had in entire Jodhpur visit and rate are very reasonable.

Taste and Service of food was excellent. Childrens and Adults, both have enjoyed it.

Entire hotel staff was very cooperative during our stay. Almost all request was honoured by the hotel staff.

We have requested and Hotel staff has managed to provided packed sandwiches at very early morning for children's.

We happened to stay at this place for one night. Actually we had booked at another hotel in Jodhpur but due to mix up in the booking, we missed booking for a day during our trip to Rajasthan.||||since it was peak season, we were not getting any place to stay at the last hour. And thankfully, this hotel came to our rescue.||||The place is very conveniently located in the heart of the city and the rooms are ok.||||Sleep quality was good and the food was average.
