Sankalp Restaurant — Restaurant in Jodhpur

This place is awsome , first the environment is cheerful interior well designed. The cutlery they used is not a joke ,they are heavy made up of brass I think. First the time taken to prepare food was okayish we reached the restro at odd timings and no one else was there than also it took around 20..25 minutes to get the food. The taste was awesome, no doubt the best dosa I ever had in Jodhpur, the combinations of chutney we got was really good. There were four types of chutney (picture attached) each one different from one another and they serve you samber in such a unique vessel you will fall in love with that. The quality of idli could be improved a bit further taste wise fine.... texture was good. The pricing was very aggressive, not a budget restro. They serve a lot of different kind of dishes, the presentation of the dishes is realy well. And at last out of surprise, the thing I never expected they served us with paan. The One and only destination for special hunger for South Indian food.

Pricing on the higher side, this restaurant succeeds to maintain quality and taste of the food that it offers. Variety of dosas available with good taste and quality. Must try is it's mini idlis & 4 feet long family dosa (costs almost 1000 Rs).

Adequate table chair seating arrangement. Nice for family and groups. Quite good for couple's hangout but don't expect privacy. Usual waiting time gets high in evening.

However I am not happy with the hospitality of the staff. May be I got served by an irrated staff but I felt some behavioral issue with the person serving food and the person who takes orders. Attitude was on the higher side. Sankalp is successful but with the love of its Customers.

This is situated on busy road but is easily approachable.

7. rush : heavy rush on weekends and waiting list

From my point of view

1. Must try lemon salt/sugar soda, idli delight , paneer dosa, Chennai pizza uthappa
2. If group of 6 to 8 people then try 4 ft long dosa (Rs 800)(not recommend only for those people who wants to try something new )
3. don't go on weekends ( specially on Sunday ) there is heavy rush and waiting list
4. they offer paan at the end which was awesome

What I don't like

1. infrastructure become too old they must have to renovate
2. less seating capacity
3. waiting list management are not...
