HOTEL KISSAN LEGACY - RESTAURANTS & BANQUET HALLS — Hotel in Jodhpur

BED BUGS HERE !!!!!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE !!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon checking in, I noticed the room seemed clean at first glance, but after settling in, I discovered signs of bed bugs. I found bites on my skin and identified the insects in the bedding.

I immediately reported this to the front desk, but the response was less than satisfactory. The reception management states that due to recent rains they might have occurred, which genuinely is not what you are expected to hear . While it was the hotel staff who were supposed to offer me to change my room, were busy justifying the reason behind bed bugs. I had to tell them multiple time the same thing and then finally got my room changed After checking into the second room we happened to find bed bugs in that room too.I was uncomfortable staying there after the discovery. I ultimately decided to check out early morning and find alternative accommodations.

Given the seriousness of this issue, I cannot recommend this hotel until they address their pest control problems. It’s crucial for guests to feel safe and comfortable, and my experience fell far short of...

We had a great stay at Hotel Kissan Legacy at Jodhpur. The hotel is centrally located and there is easy access to good restaurants and leading malls. |The staff at the reception counter are welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to find out information about some of the sights we wanted to see. |The other staff are also helpful. |Our room was spacious and well maintained and the bed linen was of excellent quality. We rented 4 rooms for our group of 10. Upon entering one common thing amongst all rooms was that the linens and pillow cases in the rooms were dirty and and we had to get it changed. It clearly looked like they didn't replace the linen after the last guest checked out. The same goes for the towels. Even after getting it replaced nothing seemed fresh and clean. Most of us chose not to use the bathroom given the fact. Extta beds provided in the room were cheap and the mattress were sinking down. Location is definitely good however the price charged 19500 INR for 5 rooms was insanely high given the room quality which was purely due to the seasonal demand to my understanding.
