Rester Select – ITI Circle, Jodhpur — Hotel in Jodhpur

Booked the hotel for 3 nights. Overall rooms are spacious and clean, but there were more bad experiences than good ones that I will list down here :

We booked our stay with breakfast, but on the last day, they asked us for extra money for breakfast, saying that they can't see the plan with breakfast included in their system. When we showed them our voucher, they accepted and stopped asking for extra money. Their wifi speed was just 1 MBPS, it was hardly something to do my office work. Because of this, we had to check out and book another hotel for our last day. We spread rose petals on the bed that might have stained their bed sheet and they took 500 bucks for that, which I think is a bit too much. We had to call multiple times to the front desk and then the restaurant separately for minute details like asking for cutlery. And still, they did not provide it to us until we went down and complained in person. There were bed bugs that created rashes all over my body. When asked to change the bed sheet, they just flipped it upside down and used the same bed sheet.

All in all, they created an impression as if they were just on the lookout to extract more and more money from the customers. Not a...

Good Service Staff and nearby Road touch Hotel situated at the corner and the views come from the room of Road and nearby places like Shastri Circle (which is the biggest circle in Jodhpur)

Firstly This building is Acquired by Hotel Mango so may be some time you see the name of that hotel also at the time of Google Search.

Time before in the basement the plan of 🍺🍻 BAR is also there but due to some of the area's issue and some of Licence issues it is right now not available in ready condition.

The good Thing is that here you found Near Banks like (ICICI Bank, HDFC BANK, Fincare Small finance bank), some of the big brands Diagnosis lab also there.

In the Front building you get the Facilities of SPA also.

Hotel have Good Parking Space, Good Location, Good Staff, good Service Best Food in the buffet.

Went On A Business Trip, Hotel Waw Good, The Reception Area Is Amazing, Check in Was Quick Some Basic Details, Lifts Need Bit Of More Servicing, 8 Floor Rooms Is Added Advantage, Room Were Good And Clean But Sometimes Felt A Bit Smelly n Asked For Separate Bed Rooms But Got Twin Might Staff Wasn't Aware Yet Quick Service Immediately Came n Done. My Colleagues Face Some Issues From Restaurant But My Experience With Restaurant Food Was Awesome All Breakfast Parts n Especially They Serve One Of The Best TEA ☕, Had The Premium Room Costed 2.8K But Not That Worth, Even Toilet Had A Broken Flush, Yet Hot Shower Available, Basic Facilities Available Including Slippers, Dental Kit and Additional Soap, Shampoo, Shower Gels, Moisturizer. So, Looking For A Decent Stay With No Budget Constraints Go For It But Expecting Too Much N Budget Constraints, Think First But Yes Location Is Good. Hope It Helps...
