Hotel Shivalaya International — Hotel in Jodhpur

Traveled to Rajasthan in October 2013 and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Booked online using yatra.com website and this hotel was given 2/3 star category and the rooms were mentioned as "super deluxe". But when we reached there we found that it was just a roadside "dhaba" with lodging facilities and the rooms were nowhere near "deluxe" category. Rooms were small with attached bathroom+toilet and an AC. There was no wardrobe or almirah inside to keep our cloths. There was no geyser fitted in the bathroom and they provided us with buckets of hot water whenever we asked for. Limited food items were available at the attached restaurant and food quality was not very good. Notwithstanding all these negative factors, I have to mention that the manager of this hotel was very helpful and he tried to provide us with as much comfort as he could. We stayed at few other private hotels in Rajasthan which are really 2/3 star hotels, but none of them provided us with extra bedstead for extra person. But "Hotel Shivalaya International" provided us with an extra bedstead as 3 of us were staying...
