Nice hospitality nice food nice room ac rooms parking lawn good staff The property was bright modern and spacious. Good facilities and convenience store/takeaway/pub nearby. Very good value for money and good communication regarding checking in.||||Although I was aware the particular apartment in the photos was a first floor apartment it wasn’t documented that the access to it was via a set of rickety wrought iron stairs. And that the bathroom and the bedrooms were on separate floors. The reason for our visit was because of an operation my son was having on his hip at Birmingham Orthopedic Hospital, so this aspect wasn’t ideal. I thought he’d be able to manage just once up and once down a flight of stairs to access the flat on crutches but he struggled to because of the type is stairs they were and also with the stairs up and down to the bathroom.
