One of the best place to eat authentic pizza. The quality of the pizza is far better than same pizza outlet accross Delhi, Noida, Mumbai.

Service is bit slow here, you need to wait for few minutes and then somebody will listen to your request.

Ambience is very good and one can come with family ans kids. Music is not too loud so good for all type of audience. The pizza outlet is located at top floor in z sqaure mall.

It's least maintained.. unprofessional staff n really unhygienic.. it'd more like a takeaway place.. no ambience at all smells like kerosene.. they are not even using proper glasses to serve water.. u ask for cold water n still u get normal water. The tables were not even cleared.. staff won't even notice of if u keep sitting . They give one plate wen they see there are two guests .. pathetic place pathetic in house drinks.. undercooked pizza

The place has awesome ambience but still the staff is unable to handle the customers when they rush into this place. The food was also not up to the mark of pizza hut standards the pasta was really good for nothing and someone can cook far better at by their own rather taking it here.

Ambience and interior of this place is nice but price is bit high according to the taste and quantity of food ....pasta is average in taste and pizza is also not that good according to the price. if I am talking about z square's ...there are many other option are available for having pizza you might feel little disappointment after spending some money here . Heaven for PIZZA LOVERS. We were approached by a Waiter, He served us with Lemonade. Then we ordered our Pizza. It was served within 10mins. Cheesy crust and Toppings are mouth drooling. Ambience was Good, Lights were dim. But the staff was friendly. A BIG thumbs up...

Worst service. Staff does not have basic understanding how to treat customers. We have visited on 14th August 2022 and sat on a space under their owned premises and keep waiting for someone to take our order as they take order and serve the food at table. But none has arrived. Finally we went to counter and asked to take our order they asked where we are sitting, we have told the table and they promised that someone will be coming. Later none came so we asked some other staff who came to serve food she said she will send someone. But as usual no luck seems their staff is treating themselves as God instead of treating their customers 🤭. Finally the person came who was supposed to take order and passed out table in past these 40 mins many times and said this table is not in service 😅, that too when we asked.. Boss this table is also under your owned area, still if it's not under service u must come to us in the starting and tel us this thing u are doing this job not us. If you cannot see 6 persons sitting in ur food court I am speechless. #Pizza hut please maintain your image by training your staff how to treat...

1 Star - Extremely Disappointed with Pizza Hut Z Square Mall

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had at a Pizza Hut outlet.

Pathetic Service: No staff member bothered to come and take our order or even check in. I had to repeatedly follow up just to know whether the order was ready or not. They didn’t even allow us to sit where we wanted, despite plenty of space. When the pizza was finally prepared, someone just dumped it on the table without a word — no courtesy, no service. The entire place lacked basic cleanliness and felt totally neglected.

Terrible Food Quality: We ordered a medium Veggie Deluxe pizza, and it was a huge disappointment. It tasted more like plain bread than pizza — no freshness, barely any toppings, and completely not worth the high price. I’ve had better pizzas at local outlets for half the cost.

Avoid this place if you expect decent service, fresh food, or even basic hygiene. This outlet seriously needs a reality check and...
